This is a really fun romantic comedy! Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon play really well off of each other in this one. There are plenty of laughs as well as emotional moments between the characters.

“That’s all there is, John, everything! The experiences…”

“I’m 94 years old — what the hell do I care?”

“Hey, Snyder! Why don’t you do the world a favor? Pull your lip over your head and swallow!”

While I don’t think the sequel, Grumpier Old Men, is as good as this film, it’s also a fun watch!
